Recruiter directory terms

Version 2026-10-03. These terms supplement Kit’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the fractional recruiter directory.

A free directory

Applying, maintaining a listing and searching the directory are free. Recruiters and clients arrange their work directly, including any recruitment fees. Kit does not broker engagements, guarantee leads or provide payment protection.

Your profile and application

Apply using an account you control. Provide accurate information, use a photo you have the right to publish, and keep your availability current. Only publish information you are comfortable making public. Do not include confidential client or candidate information.

LinkedIn sign-in establishes control of a LinkedIn account. It does not verify identity, qualifications, recruiting results or expertise. ATS experience and AI workflows are self-reported.

We review applications before publication and may refuse or remove misleading, abusive, unlawful or irrelevant listings. Editing a listed profile requires a new review. Review does not certify a recruiter’s claims.

Public information and discovery

With your publication consent, Kit can display your profile, portrait and contact links in the directory, profile pages, profile sharing images and directory search tools. Search engines and AI search systems may index, quote and link to this public information. Your private notification email is not included in the public listing.

You retain ownership of your content and grant Kit permission to use it for those directory and discovery purposes while your listing is published. Withdrawal ends further publication by Kit. Search engines and other third parties may retain cached copies; their refresh times are outside our control.

Promoted profiles

An eligible promotional code can grant a clearly marked Promoted badge for one year from redemption. The badge describes a promotion, not a verification of expertise or endorsement. It does not guarantee ranking, leads or employment. A profile can redeem this offer once.

Newsletter choice

You may separately choose to receive the Kit recruiter newsletter by email, with at most one newsletter per month. This is optional and is not required for a listing or a promotion. Every newsletter must offer an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe in the portal or contact [email protected]. Necessary application and account communications are separate from the newsletter.

Control, withdrawal and removal

You can edit or withdraw your public listing, unsubscribe, or delete your directory profile in the recruiter portal. Deletion removes your directory profile and portal sessions and does not delete a separate paid Kit account. You can request access, correction or removal through [email protected], as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms do not restrict any rights you have under applicable data protection or consumer law. Information that must be retained for legal obligations is handled under the Privacy Policy.
