Know why you're writing to this person.
Kit researches the prospect, reads your product docs, and drafts an email. You see the research, edit the message, and approve the draft before it sends.
The research takes longer than the writing.
A useful email starts with a reason to contact this person.
Personalization that stops at the name
A first name and company name do little to explain why someone should reply. The message needs a specific reason for reaching out.
Research repeated for every prospect
You read a profile, check the company site, and find a relevant product detail. Then you start again for the next person.
Too many tools for one email
Research, drafting, and reply tracking can mean separate subscriptions. Kit's add-on brings those steps into one campaign.
Add a prospect. Review the draft. Track the reply.
Every email passes through your review queue.
Add prospects
Paste a LinkedIn URL, import a CSV, or enter the prospect's details.
Kit researches
Kit reads the prospect's public sources, your knowledge base, and relevant account records. The draft includes a research confidence score.
Review & approve
Read the sources and the draft together. Edit, approve, or reject the email.
Send & track
Send through your SMTP account. Kit checks your IMAP inbox for replies and classifies each response.
Check what the draft is based on.
See the sources behind the draft and a confidence score before you approve it.
Multi-source research
Kit reads the source URL, searches for the person and company, checks your knowledge base, and uses relevant Kit records. Available sources vary by prospect.
Confidence scoring
Each draft carries a research confidence score from 0.0 to 1.0. Low scores flag limited evidence for closer review. A high score still needs your judgment.
From a prospect record to a reply.
Campaigns, research, draft review, and reply detection for $19.99/mo, billed separately from your seats.
Campaign management
Create campaigns with your own email structure. Start from five templates, clone one, or write your own in the YAML editor.
Knowledge base
Upload documents or add URLs. Kit searches them for passages relevant to the prospect and uses them when drafting.
Reply detection
Match inbox replies to campaigns, classify the response, and review a suggested follow-up for interested prospects.
Sending controls
Suppress bounced addresses, configure one-click unsubscribe headers, and set daily sending limits. Messages go through your own SMTP account.
Check whether a prospect has applied before.
An MCP tool can match campaign prospects against candidates your team previously rejected. It requires access to your hiring records.
Outreach tools for your assistant.
List campaigns, add prospects, review drafts, and diagnose stalled sends. The candidate matching tool also checks your hiring history when you grant the required scope.
Ask about your campaigns.
Use your assistant to add prospects, check drafts, and read campaign results.
One monthly add-on. No per-email fee from Kit.
The add-on costs $19.99/mo. Your email provider and model usage are separate.

$19.99/mo for research, drafts, and reply tracking.
You provide the email account. Kit adds prospect research, drafts, campaigns, and reply tracking connected to your hiring records and knowledge base. Starter model credits are included; bring your own API key for ongoing use.
Before your first campaign.
Isn't cold email spam?
Research and approval do not make an unwanted email welcome. Choose recipients carefully, review every draft, and honor opt-outs. Kit supports unsubscribe headers, bounce suppression, and sending limits.
What email provider should I use?
Use an email provider that supports SMTP for sending and IMAP for reply detection. Kit connects with your credentials and sends through that provider. Your email subscription is separate.
How does the prospect research work?
Kit reads the URL you supply, searches for the person and company, checks your knowledge base, and uses relevant Kit records. Each draft includes the research and a confidence score from 0.0 to 1.0 for your review.
Can I use custom templates?
Yes. Start with one of five templates or create your own. Define the opener, body, and call to action in the YAML editor. Kit drafts each section using the prospect research.
What happens when someone replies?
Kit polls your IMAP inbox and matches replies to campaigns. Each reply lands in one of 5 sentiment categories: interested, not interested, out of office, unsubscribe request, or bounce. Interested replies get a follow-up drafted for your review.
Is there a sending limit?
Yes. The default cap is 50 emails per day. Set a pace your domain can support and monitor bounces and replies. A sending cap cannot guarantee delivery.
Can I cancel anytime?
$19.99/mo, billed separately from your seats. Cancel from billing settings with no annual contract or cancellation fee.
