I built and scaled a large engineering team from scratch, hiring constantly as the team grew. I've reviewed thousands of applications, run hundreds of interviews, and made more offers than I can count. Kit exists because I got tired of choosing between enterprise software I couldn't afford and duct-taped tools that embarrassed me in front of candidates.
