Screen Sharing
Hide personal information while presenting Kit, and reveal individual items when needed.
Present a Workflow
Screen sharing hides names, contact details, photos, private messages, documents and personal payment details in the signed-in application. Product labels, workflow statuses and aggregate counts stay readable.
Before sharing your screen, open your user menu and turn on Screen sharing. A visible indicator confirms that the mode is active. It stays on through reloads and navigation in that browser tab; check the indicator when using another tab.
Reveal One Item
Click or right-click a hidden item, then choose Reveal this item. With a keyboard, focus the item and press Enter to open the same prompt. Everyone watching your screen can see the revealed value. Reveal a hidden field before editing it.
Revealing one item leaves other occurrences hidden. Hide revealed items masks everything you revealed. Moving to another page or reloading it hides revealed items again. Choose Turn off when you finish presenting.
Know the Limits
This mode changes what Kit displays; it does not remove the underlying data or change access permissions. Downloaded files, external websites, anonymous candidate or researcher pages, browser tools and operating-system dialogs are outside its scope. Share the Kit tab and keep those surfaces closed while presenting private records.
