Compensation Research collects salary ranges advertised on job boards. Select roles and regions to compare listings, technologies, companies, and changes over time. These are advertised ranges, not records of employees’ actual pay.

What’s Included
Compensation Research is included with every active Kit subscription and is currently in Beta. It includes the setup wizard, salary charts, role drill-downs, multi-currency display, AI-powered insights, continuous data updates, requests for new job boards, CSV exports, and MCP access for external AI clients.
