Cold email that doesn't sound cold.
Kit researches each prospect from LinkedIn, the company site, and your knowledge base, then drafts the email. Nothing sends until you approve that exact draft.
Cold email is slow, expensive, or ignored.
Most outreach tools optimize for volume. That's why most cold emails get ignored.
Template spam
Generic mail merges get less than 2% reply rates. Prospects smell automation from the first line. Your domain reputation suffers with every blast.
Manual research is slow
15 minutes per prospect means 4 personalized emails per hour. Your pipeline is bottlenecked by your typing speed, not your market size.
Expensive tools
Apollo starts at $79/seat. Salesloft and Outreach.io run $125–250+. You're paying enterprise prices for features you'll never use.
Four steps. One workflow.
From prospect to reply, with a stop in your approval queue.
Add prospects
Paste a LinkedIn URL, import a CSV, or enter details manually. Kit normalizes everything into a clean prospect record.
Kit researches
A waterfall pipeline reads the source URL, searches for the person and company, checks your knowledge base, and pulls Kit data. Each source adds context. The final draft is scored 0.0–1.0 for confidence.
Review & approve
Every draft lands in your queue with the research that produced it. Edit the email, approve it, or reject it. Nothing sends without your say-so.
Send & track
Emails send from your own domain via your SMTP credentials. IMAP polling detects replies and classifies sentiment automatically.
Research that reads before it writes.
Kit doesn't guess. It runs five research steps before drafting, scores its own confidence, and shows you which sources it found.
Multi-source research
A waterfall pipeline runs 5 steps: source URL, person search, company search, knowledge base lookup, and internal Kit data. Each step adds context for the next. Nothing gets drafted until the pipeline has something specific to say.
Confidence scoring
Every draft gets a confidence score from 0.0 to 1.0. A high score means several sources agreed. A low score is flagged in your review queue, so you know which drafts were written on thin evidence.
What the add-on adds to your seat.
Campaign management, knowledge base, reply detection, and deliverability protection, for $19.99/mo on top of the seat you already pay for.
Campaign management
Unlimited campaigns with section-based templates. 5 starter templates included, or build your own with the YAML editor. Clone, share, and iterate.
Knowledge base
Upload documents or fetch URLs. Kit indexes them for semantic search and pulls the matching passage into the draft, so the email describes your product in the words you wrote.
Reply detection
IMAP polling catches replies in your own inbox. Each one is filed under interested, not interested, out of office, unsubscribe, or bounce, and interested replies get a response drafted for your review.
Deliverability protection
Bounce detection with automatic suppression. Configurable RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe headers. 50/day sending cap protects your domain reputation. Send from your own SMTP credentials.
Your prospect already applied to you.
20 MCP tools reach your campaigns from whichever assistant you already use. One of them catches that before you hit approve.
20 tools. One of them needs hiring scope.
List campaigns, add prospects, approve pending drafts, diagnose a stalled campaign, respond to a reply. And outreach_find_silver_medalist_matches, which checks a campaign against candidates your team already rejected.

$19.99 because you bring the expensive parts.
You bring your SMTP credentials on day one, so your very first email goes from your real domain, not a shared sending pool. We include free AI tokens to get you started, then you bring your own API key when you're ready (pennies per prospect, no markup). Kit adds the research pipeline, campaign engine, and the part you can't build in a weekend: an outreach agent wired into your hiring stack, knowledge base, and MCP tools.
Before you point Kit at your domain.
Isn't cold email spam?
Not when every email is individually researched, personally approved, and includes a one-click unsubscribe header by default. Kit requires human approval before sending. Nothing goes out automatically. This is the opposite of spray-and-pray.
What email provider should I use?
Any provider that supports SMTP and IMAP. We recommend Google Workspace or Fastmail for deliverability. Kit sends from your credentials: your domain, your IP reputation, your control. No shared sending infrastructure.
How does the prospect research work?
Kit runs a 5-step waterfall pipeline: (1) fetch the source URL you provided, (2) search for the person across the web, (3) search for their company, (4) check your knowledge base for relevant context, (5) pull any Kit data like job postings. Each step feeds the next. Kit scores its confidence 0.0–1.0 so you know how much evidence the draft is standing on.
Can I use custom templates?
Yes. Kit uses section-based templates with a YAML editor. 5 starter templates are included. Clone one and customize, or build from scratch. Templates define the email structure (opener, body, call-to-action) and Kit fills each section from what the research turned up.
What happens when someone replies?
Kit polls your IMAP inbox and matches replies to campaigns. Each reply lands in one of 5 sentiment categories: interested, not interested, out of office, unsubscribe request, or bounce. Interested replies get a follow-up drafted for your review.
Is there a sending limit?
Yes: 50 emails per day by default. This protects your domain reputation. Cold email deliverability depends on warming up gradually, not blasting volume. 50/day with high personalization will outperform 500/day of templates.
Can I cancel anytime?
$19.99/mo, cancel anytime from your billing settings. No annual contracts, no cancellation fees. Your campaign data and knowledge base stay accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
Stop writing the same email 50 times.
30-day free trial. $19.99/mo. Nothing leaves your domain until you approve the draft.
