A large partner directory
SmartRecruiters' marketplace lists more than 600 vendors for assessments, background checks, job boards and other hiring tools. Kit has no HRIS, assessment or background check connectors.
Will we add it? Individual connectors may follow customer demand. A comparable marketplace is not planned.
OFCCP reports
SmartRecruiters provides EEO, OFCCP and diversity reports.
Will we add it? Not available today. Do not choose Kit if these reports are required.
SAP SuccessFactors integration
SAP acquired SmartRecruiters in September 2025. It is now offered with SAP SuccessFactors and still sold as a standalone ATS.
Will we add it? Kit has no HRIS connector or employee record. An HCM integration is not planned.
