Candidates pick a slot from your team's Google Calendar availability. Kit creates the Google Meet link with the booking.
The calendar event and meeting link are ready when the candidate books.
A pipeline for each role
Start with a role template: a GitHub assignment for engineers, a portfolio review for designers or a recorded answer. Edit the stages as needed.
You start from a working process instead of designing one between meetings.

Recruiting reports and BI
Greenhouse offers standard reports, a report builder and, on Plus and Pro, a BI connector. Kit's dashboard covers career page traffic and applications, with no pipeline metrics.
Will we add it? A BI connector is not planned.
HRIS Link
Greenhouse's HRIS Link add-on (Plus and Pro) syncs jobs, users and new hires with Workday, ADP Workforce Now and UKG. Kit uses CSV import and export.
Will we add it? An HRIS connector may follow customer demand; none is scheduled.
HRIS and screening integrations
Greenhouse connects to HRIS, assessment and background check providers. Kit has no connectors for those categories.
Will we add it? We may add individual connectors as customers need them.
Custom roles
On Plus and Pro, Greenhouse lets you create custom permission levels. Kit has fixed account roles, module access levels and grants for individual jobs and reports, but no custom role editor.
Will we add it? Custom roles may follow customer demand.
Enforced hiring process
Greenhouse supports mandatory scorecards and interview kits. Kit provides templates and scorecards without the same process enforcement.
Will we add it? Kit supports structured interviews. Mandatory process controls are not planned.
