Pricing questions

Does Kit have one plan?

Yes. The Kit plan includes hiring, training, security reports with triage and bounties, and Compensation Research in beta. Outreach is the only separately billed add-on.

What's included, and what costs extra?

Hiring, training, Security, and Compensation Research (beta) are included in every seat. Outreach is billed separately per account and has its own 30-day trial.

What counts as a seat?

Every team member on the account, however often they log in. Candidates, security researchers, trainees, and prospects don't count as seats.

Is there a seat minimum?

No. Add or remove seats as your team changes. Billing is prorated to the day.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancel from Billing. Access continues until the end of your paid period. Your data stays for 45 days after that, and we email you before anything is deleted. Account admins can export it from Settings until then.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices shown are net; VAT (or your local equivalent) is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address.

Can I add or remove Outreach later?

Yes. Try it free for 30 days from the Outreach tab, then add or remove it in Billing at any time. Changes are prorated to the day.
