Telling us which tasks you would not perform without more training is a great answer, not a red flag.

Certification & Reference Check

Reference Check

We verify your certification directly with the issuing body (AAMA, AMT, or NHA), run the standard healthcare background checks, and have short calls with two references, ideally a supervising provider and a practice manager.

Offer

Expect a decision within 48 hours of your interview. The offer spells out pay, schedule, and your exact clinical scope, so your first week is about patients instead of paperwork.
