Posting Jobs to OLX.pl
Connect OLX.pl once, then post any opening to Poland's largest marketplace with an AI-assisted review — kept in sync as the job changes.
Why It Matters
OLX.pl is Poland’s largest marketplace and one of the highest-traffic places to advertise a job. Without an integration, posting there means copying every opening by hand — title, description, salary, location — and re-doing it whenever the role changes or closes. Connect OLX to Kit once, and you can send any opening to OLX in a couple of minutes: Kit pre-fills the OLX category, city, and fields from your posting, you review, and publish. When the posting changes — paused, closed, reopened — Kit keeps the OLX ad in step.
How It Works
- Connect once, per workspace. An admin links your OLX account; the whole team posts through that single connection.
- AI-assisted, human-confirmed. Kit proposes the OLX category, city, contract type, and ad text from your posting. You review and edit before anything goes live — nothing is published unreviewed.
- Stays in sync. Pausing or closing a posting deactivates its OLX ad; reopening brings it back. The ad’s live/rejected status flows back into Kit automatically.
Important
OLX requires reconnecting every 30 days. For security, OLX expires an app’s access 30 days after you connect — an OLX rule, not a Kit limitation. Kit warns your admins 5 days and 1 day before, and alerts your account owner if it lapses, so you can reconnect before posting is disrupted.
Connecting Your OLX Account
You’ll need an active OLX.pl account and admin access in Kit.
Important
OLX requires a business account to post job ads. Job listings on OLX.pl are an employer product — a private OLX account can’t publish them. If your account is private, the connection panel shows a warning with a link to switch. Set up a business account on OLX before posting.
- Open Integrations from your workspace settings.
- In the Job distribution section, click the OLX.pl card.
- Click Connect OLX, sign in at OLX.pl, and approve access. You’ll be brought right back — it takes about a minute.
The card then shows a green Connected badge, your OLX account, and the Reconnect required by date.
Posting a Job to OLX
Open a published job posting. The Distribution panel lists OLX with a Post to OLX button.
- Click Post to OLX. Kit reads your posting and pre-fills an OLX ad — category, city, contract type, salary, and the ad title and description.
- Review the mapping. Fields Kit suggested are marked with an AI chip; edit anything. Pick the OLX Category and City (start typing for suggestions). The title and description show live character counts and warn you about OLX’s rules (length, and no phone numbers, emails, or links in the text).
- Click Confirm & publish to OLX.
The OLX row then shows Pending review while OLX moderates the ad (usually under a minute), then Live on OLX with a View on OLX link. If OLX flags the ad, the row shows Needs attention — click Fix & retry, adjust, and resubmit.
Tip
OLX doesn’t allow contact details in the ad text. Kit strips phone numbers, emails, and links automatically and warns you while you edit — the most common reason an ad gets flagged.
Auto-Distributing New Postings
To send new openings to OLX without clicking each time, turn on Auto-distribute new postings on the OLX connection panel (Integrations → OLX.pl).
With it on, publishing a job automatically prepares an OLX ad and the posting’s Distribution panel shows Review needed. You still review and confirm the mapping before it goes live — auto-distribute does the prep, never the publishing.
Keeping Ads in Sync

You’re notified in Kit (and by email for flagged ads) the moment an ad goes live or needs attention — no need to watch the page.
Warning
If the connection expires. New ads won’t post and existing OLX ads can’t be updated or removed through Kit until you reconnect. Ads already live on OLX stay live. Reconnecting restores everything.
Connection Status
The OLX card badge shows one of: Connected (green, working), Pending (amber, reconnect within a few days — a “Reconnect OLX soon” panel appears), or Error (red, Kit couldn’t reach OLX). If access has lapsed you’ll see an “OLX connection expired” panel with a Reconnect OLX button. Use Re-check connection any time to confirm it’s healthy.
Requesting Another Board
Want Kit to support a board beyond OLX? On a posting’s Distribution panel, click Request a platform, tell us the name and (optionally) a link, and we’ll consider adding it.
Troubleshooting
- No “Post to OLX” button — the posting must be published, and an admin must have connected OLX (Integrations → Job distribution → OLX.pl).
- Publish rejected with a “title too short” or vague error — OLX often returns this when a private account tries to post a job. OLX requires a business account for job ads; switch your OLX account to business, reconnect, and retry.
- Ad flagged / “Needs attention” — usually a contact detail in the description or a title that’s too long or shouty. Click Fix & retry, adjust, resubmit.
- “OLX isn’t connected” / “Invalid OAuth state” — start the connect again from the OLX card; the connect link is single-use, so don’t reuse an old tab.
- Connection keeps expiring — expected every 30 days; watch for the reminder emails or the Reconnect required by date.
